A Well Balanced retired seniour officer from armed forces heads the recruitment and training wing. we also give periodical on the job training for first ald and fire fighting according to PSARA norms. All our security personnel undergo a rigorous training program that includes:
Height and physical standards for security guards are strictly maintained as per industry norms. (Minimum Height: 168 cm for male guards).
Criteria for Selection of Guards
Well-experienced, robust guard who is mentally and physically fit, either a school dropout or a college graduate with basic knowledge of first aid and firefighting, mature and disciplined.
Training School
In-house training school according to PSARA Standards.
Security and Chief Security Officer
Preferably, VRS personnel from the armed forces have good command over English and the regional language, are confident, with foresight, good team leaders, efficient, and capable of liaising with the police and local authority.
